About The Hotel
The Meritage Resort and Spa is a luxury wine-country resort located at the gateway to Napa Valley, set across 36 acres with its own nine-acre vineyard. The property features elegant guest rooms and suites, multiple restaurants and tasting rooms, and unique amenities such as Spa Terra, a full-service spa built inside an underground wine cave. Guests can enjoy two outdoor pools, a fitness center, wine tastings, and entertainment spaces including lounges and bowling. With its scenic vineyard views and close proximity to downtown Napa, the resort offers a relaxing base for exploring the region’s food, wine, and attractions.

Room Rates
$349.oo per night for single / double occupancy
$379.00 per night for triple occupancy
$409.00 per night for quadruple occupancy
*Plus applicable taxes- Resort Fee is waived - Gratuities to Resort staff are optional
All Rooms: Check-in 4:00 pm pdt/ Check-out 11:00 am pdt
Your reduced Resort Services Fee for services and amenities throughout the stay, include daily bottled waters, one bottle of Signature Wine (Must be 21 or older), high-speed internet, 24-hour fitness studio access, in-room coffee and tea, fax and local calls, and daily electronic newspaper access via PressReader.
Resort will send an e-confirmation to the guest’s e-mail as provided. If the group rate is no longer available, prevailing rates may be offered for some or all dates.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits & Cancellations – Read carefully.
The Meritage Resort & Spa requires a one night's room and tax as a deposit with each reservation. Reservations without an approved form of payment will be cancelled by the Resort. Guests may cancel their reservations without penalty 72-hours (3 full days) prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations after this deadline will result in forfeiture of the deposit on each reservation.
Early Departure & No-show Guests – Read carefully.
Any guest departing the Resort prior to the departure date on the reservation will be charged and Early Departure Fee equal to one night’s room and tax associated with the reservation and room type. Any guest who does not check-in at the Resort by 3:00am pdt on the next morning of the reservation arrival date will incur a fee equal to the contracted guestroom rate plus applicable taxes. The reservation will be cancelled.
Parking
Valet parking is $20.00 per vehicle, per day. Self-parking is complimentary (no fee benefit) for AIM/R Guests.
Airport
There are a few options for reaching the Napa Valley, including airports.
The Meritage Resort & Spa is approximately 60 miles away from Sacramento International Airport (SMF), 80 miles from San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC) and 55 miles from San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Oakland San Francisco Bay Airport (OAK) is also an option.
Check flight options accordingly. Note the ground travel times will vary pending time of day and traffic patterns between the airport and the hotel. Please plan accordingly.
Transportation
Check out the Ground Transportation pages the website for your preferred airport. Uber and Lyft are options in addition to car rentals and shuttle buses.​
